- Financial: Sale 5 things a week on either eBay, Amazon, or Craigslist
- Financial: Review expenses daily with EveryDollar, 5 days a week
- Financial: Donate at least 5 items to Goodwill weekly
- Health: Walk 10,000 steps a day, 5 days a week
- Health: Log meals on Lose It!
- Health: Exercise 5 hours a week
- Health: Track weight daily on Lose It!
- Health: Floss daily
- Health: Take vitamins daily
- Health: Take wal-itin daily
- Health: Wear Fitbit daily
- Intellectual: Write in personal journal daily, 5 days a week
- Intellectual: Write a blog post daily, 5 days a week
- Spiritual: Pray daily
- Spiritual: Read the Bible daily
- Spiritual: Tithe on every paycheck
